Cream + Sugar was hired to collaborate with their cross-functional team of industry leaders (Growth, Marketing, Product, Technology, Customer Success) to conceptualize and design user-centric digital solutions, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. We iterate on product designs, incorporate feedback and perform usability testing to contribute to the startup's early-stage product development and overall success.

Trinsight combines real-time tracking with powerful data and analytics to optimize supply chain performance. The Trinsight platform utilizes secure cloud-based GPS technology to track the exact location of railcars, in real-time, from origin to destination.

From its inception, Cream + Sugar has been an integral part of the in-house Product Development team. Through our collaborative approach, we translate business requirements for complex analog customer tasks into nimble valuable user interface design solutions. We also continue to support the Product Marketing and Sales efforts with the creation of print collateral + digital assets.

Cream + Sugar was hired in 2022 to build and grow their online presence. We conceived a marketing strategy that involved various channels, testing and tweaking messaging and ultimately seeing growth month over month. We launched a new website in January 2024 and continue to push the brand into new marketing channels to help support the overall development of their business objectives.

wuw wuw is a new kind of online marketplace. It’s a platform where restaurant and business owners alike can predict and secure revenue through selling reservations and bookings with prepaid deposits. wuw wuw’s “twist” on the traditional booking model is that consumers are also be able to sell reservations they’ve made, creating a marketplace for both buyers and sellers.

We have helped direct, conceive, implement and execute on UX + UI design, user research, interviews + testing, product market fit experiments, digital marketing, large scale pilot tests and product management.
